Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. At MoreAboutMe we are committed to your privacy and retaining your trust. We respect your right to keep your personal information confidential and to avoid unwanted solicitations. Your information - including your email address, billing address and credit card data is collected to provide superior customer service. MoreAboutMe does not rent or sell information submitted by customers to any third parties.

Subscription Terms of Service

Your MoreAboutMe Subscription account will automatically be renewed on the same day of the month that you joined, ie, if you joined on the 7th, your subscription will be charged every month on the 7th. The account will be renewed each month by charging the current credit card on file in your account. Should your credit card transaction not go through, you will be notified, and your account will be placed on suspension until a new card number is provided.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your MoreAboutMe Subscription may be cancelled by the subscriber over the phone by calling MoreAboutMe Customer Support at (509) 624-2324 or via email, with the message sent to support@moreaboutme.net.

If a cancellation is requested via email, the account holder will receive a return notification from Customer Support within 24 business hours confirming receipt of the cancellation request and confirmation that the request has been handled. Because email can sometimes be "undeliverable" it is highly recommended that if a subscriber does not receive a return notification within 24 business hours of submitting the cancellation request, that the subscriber phone Customer Support at (509) 624-2324 to verify that their cancellation request was received. It shall be the responsibility of the subscriber requesting cancellation via email to provide proof of email submission in the event MoreAboutMe Customer Support does not receive the email message and the account is not cancelled when requested.

If the account is cancelled within 30 days of initial subscription date, a full refund of the first month's fee will be refunded upon request. Cancellations after the 30 day period are effective on the next monthly billing date of the subscription.

Furthermore, you, the subscriber hereby agree and acknowledge that you will not charge back or dispute any amounts due MoreAboutMe, which have been charged to a credit card accepted by the company in payment for subscription fees. This includes VISA, Master Card, Discover or American Express. Any attempt to cancel by charge back constitutes fraud and will be dealt with accordingly.

SPAM & Advertising Policy

MoreAboutMe, has a ZERO TOLERANCE Spam policy. Anyone Spamming with the MoreAboutMe name (in any way), or the names of any of our affiliates' names or web site addresses, or engaging in Internet Abuse may be immediately terminated as subscribers to our service and members of our web sites, with the loss of any preferential status with us you may have.

If you violate this policy and it causes damage or loss to our servers, or causes one (or more) of our web sites to be interrupted from normal service or cause any other loss to us or our business, you will be held liable for damages and loss of business.

By "Spam" or "Spamming", we mean:

1. Sending any e-mail with the MoreAboutMe name, or any of our web site addresses (or any of our affiliates' names or web site addresses) to anyone that has not requested this information from you first.

2. Sending any e-mail with the MoreAboutMe name or any of our web site addresses (or any of our affiliates' names or web site addresses) to any type of "Safe List" or through any type of "Safe List" service.

3. Sending any e-mail with the MoreAboutMe name or any of our web site addresses (or any of our affiliates' names or web site addresses) to any type of "lead" or "prospect" before you have received a request for more info from them. (This does not apply to legitimate "opt-in" leads that have requested information about a home-based business".)

4. Sending any e-mail with the MoreAboutMe name or any of our web site addresses (or any of our affiliates' names or web site addresses) as part of a confirmation/thank you letter as a result of a posting to a classified ad site or a FFA (Free For All Links) site.

5. Faxing or Fax Blasting any message with the MoreAboutMe name or any of our web site addresses (or any of our affiliates' names or web site addresses) to any recipient that has not requested the information first.

6. Sending e-mail messages with the MoreAboutMe name or any of our web site addresses (or any of our affiliates' names or web site addresses) addressed to a recipient with whom the initiator does not have an existing business or personal relationship or that is not sent at the request of or with the express consent of the recipient. This does not apply to legitimate "opt-in" leads that have requested information about a home-based business.

7. Engaging in certain off-line activities that, while not considered Spam, are similar in nature, including distributing flyers or leaflets with the MoreAboutMe name or any of our web site addresses (or any of our affiliates' names or web site addresses) on private property where prohibited by applicable rules, regulations or laws;

8. Sending a large number of unsolicited e-mail messages with the MoreAboutMe name or any of our web site addresses (or any of our affiliates' names or web site addresses), whether or not commercial in nature (this includes adding or attempting to add addresses to any mailing list without explicit positive consent of the addressee);

9. Solicitation or mail with the MoreAboutMe name or any of our web site addresses (or any of our affiliates' names or web site addresses) for any other e-mail address other than that of the poster's account or service with the intent to harass or collect replies.

By "Internet Abuse", we mean:

(a) attempting or effecting security breaches or disruptions of internet communication. Security breaches include, but are not limited to, circumventing user authentication or security of any host, network, or account on MoreAboutMe systems or the Internet at large, accessing data of which you are not an intended recipient or logging into a server or account that you are not expressly authorized to access. For purposes of this Section "disruption" includes, but is not limited to, port scans, flood pings, packet spoofing and forged routing information;

(b) unauthorized use, or forging of e-mail header information.

(c) creating, forwarding or posting "chain letters" or multiple forwarding of any type.

(d) attempting to cancel, supersede or otherwise interfere with e-mail other than one's own.

(e) engaging in harassment, whether through language graphics, frequency or size of messages.

(f) posting, transmitting or re-transmitting material which, in our sole discretion, consider to be, (i) in violation of any local, state, federal or non-United States law or regulation; (ii) threatening, obscene, indecent, defamatory or that otherwise could adversely affect any individual, group or entity (collectively "Persons"); or (iii) violative of the rights of any Person, including rights protected by copyright, trade secret, patent or other intellectual property laws or regulations including, but not limited to, the installation or distribution of "pirated" or other software products that are not appropriately licensed for use by User.

(g) executing any form of network monitoring which will intercept data not intended for your server.

(h) introduction of malicious programs including, but not limited to viruses and worms, into any MoreAboutMe network or server.
